Oliver's Army Is On Their Way: The Decline of the British Empire
as Chronicled by Elvis Costello

The Falklands have been back in the headlines recently, but when Costello wrote this song about the sickly empire, the desolate islands didn't even get a name check. Now the Brits are gone from nearly every foreign spot mentioned in "Oliver's Army," but they still hang on to a handful of islands scattered across the globe. See if you can pick out all the geographical references in the song (one of the them could have multiple locations, but I've only represented one here – I'll mail you a print of this poster if you can name the other places it could be.)
